What is the difference between this part (A-4416-A) and A-4416? I am assuming its the hole diameter? Thanks.

I am in process of removing my 62 Willys Pickup bed and have found 4 bolts on each side, 2 bolts at the rear and 2 more up under through a frame cross member. This makes 12 total, do all of these points get the rubber pad? I found very little, wear neglect ??? Thank You
