Rear Seat Retaining Bracket (2 required)
Fits 50-52 M38

I just received this with an order, the driver side lined up perfectly and installed without issue. I went to install the passenger side bracket but the bracket itself is about .5-1.0 inches away from the tail gate that it bolts up to. If I bolted it in place the seat back frame would be in front of the bracket rather than held in place with it. Am I doing something wrong or did I buy the wrong part for my 1952 M38?
