Is there any way to make this compatible with a dual filament bulb, or a part the is able to replace this that would be able to use dual filament bulbs?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You would have to run 2 wires thru it for turn signals. I would be difficult given the diameter of the hole. See part number: 2A0604-DF

My CJ2A has a lamp that's similar to this lamp but with a chrome ring versus the black - and the glass lens has stripes; I only need the glass but haven't seen a replacement lens on your website. Do you have a source for used original lens? Serial no. 63702
