What is the difference between this choke cable and 645464? I’m working on 50’-51’ jeepster, which one is correct?

just replaced the carb on my 1950 jeepster with your universal model. carb works fine but now my choke cable is too short. how long is this replacement maybe my original was shortened at some time.
