My oil filter can measures 4 5/8 across the gasket surface for the top cover . I bought the Civilian filter and the gasket is too small. The filter fits fine. Also ...is the O ring an option ? Don't see a place for it. 3rd ...is that tiny hole the only escape for the filtered oil going out ? Thanks.
