Do you have a replacement rubber donut for this part? I have a 1945 Jeep Willy's. If not I have the old one still mounted is it necessary to replace?

I have a 1946 cj2a and this cross member matches the one I took out. were these also used on the 46 with the T90 trans?

I have 1947cj2a and I have the same design cross member in it. my question this will fit on cj2a frame?
