Does "All necessary hardened hardware included" include angle brackets to mount to floor, or the steel strap to attach fulcrum to roll bar? Do have any pictures of this unit mounted in a M38A1 with a roll bar/cage?

Those you do have to pick up locally. Due to differences in roll bars used and locations you have to match that hardware up locally.
