Hello, I am interested in the Axle Ring and Pinion Gear Set (932721). How can I order the Set (Ratio 3.54) from them? Have seen in the online shop that no Add to Cart is available! Shipping would be to Austria! Thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech.:
Right now these are not available anywhere.

62 utility wagon 4.88s broke rear so I would like to change to 3.54 since I am having a new Dana 44 built for rear will this work lot cheaper than having new front axel built

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, as long as you swap out both front and rear.

Will this fit into my stock Dana 25 with 5:38 gears or will I need a new carrier?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can get some more vehicle information on your vehicle and see if we can match it to the rear end as well.

Have 1959 4x4 wagon with 538 gears Can I change to 373s

Willys Tech:
That is gonna be pretty tough. Please call us toll free. We can go over some options.

Mr. Jim: I have a 57 willys wagon, with 4.88 gears, both front and rear ( Dana )if I use 3.54 gears, will the carrier need to be changed?? is there a complete kit for doing this ?? also on the dana 44 what will it take to match the front drive besides ring and pinion ??? this kit is to include all bearings, shims, and seals for both units..........

Willys Tech:
Yes you will have trouble matching both front and rear to a 3.54. Your best bet really is part number: SATURN to get more top end.

Hello! How long it takes? cost of delivery? and forms of payment. From already thank you very much! PS: I hope I have good interprtation since I translated the message through google traslate

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
If you can email mike@kaiserwillys.com the numbers on your ring or pinion (5 digit code) and I can confirm for you. Thanks!

I have a willys jc2 with dana25 and i use it a lot in highway but it is too slow, what do you recomend me to modify in order to improved its final speed or top speed?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The best thing to add is a Saturn Overdrive unit under part number - SATURN. You will typically get about 25% more top end speed. Thanks

I 1961 Willys 4wd pickup with dana 25 in the front. I swapped rear axle & have 3:54 in it. will this ring and pinion swap to the front without changing the carrier? currently have 4:88 in the dana 25 thanks Cecil

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This should work but we would want to confirm a few things. Please call us toll free. Ask for Mike M.

Will this 3.54:1 gear set bolt directly into my 1965 CJ5 with Dana 27 and original 5.38 : 1 ratio?

Willys Tech:
No this will only go for the Dana 25.

i have a 1955 m38a1 with the stock 5.38 gears. will i need to change the carrier to fit the 3.54s or will the 5.38 carrier work? can i use the stock pinion yoke or do i have to change it to fit it in the dana 25

Willys Tech:
You will have to change the carrier too and get this ratio for your D44 rear end as well.

Will this gear set fit my 51 2wd wagon with planar suspension I would like to upgrade for better top end speed

Willys Tech:
This is for Dana 25 front end only. It will not work.

I have a '59 station wagon with 427 gear ratio. Will the 354 ratio fit in my axel housing and carrier? Thanks for your time, Jim

Willys Tech:
