Would this bulb possibly fit a 1990 bmy 5 ton M923A2 6x6 cargo truck? Truck is 24 volt and bulb looks so similar.

Since 1950, when the 24 volt series of military wheeled vehicles were introduced, the standard headlight bulb has been 7". You can exchange the metal Douglas connectors with the rubber Packard connectors or visa-versa to connect to the rest of your harness. So the answer is yes.
