How do you remove the old side window seals? They seem to be retained with a clip that has a "fish hook" bite and I don't want to break anything trying to remove them.

I do believe you have to pinch to remove the retaining clips. I will have to check the manual on as well.

My 1952 M38 has right angle fittings at both ends of each wire. These replacements have a right angle on one end and straight line fitting on the other. Which end uses the straight line fitting? The Ignitor end or the spark plug end?

The 90" angle typically will go on the plugs.
The 90" angle typically will go on the plugs.
Will these work for a 1951 M38 converted to 12V with alternator setup?
