Which are the correct pivot bolts for a '47 CJ-2A? These or the wing bolts?

These are a stainless version with a hex head of the thumb bolts.

What is the diameter of the shoulder on these bolts? My windshield is moving back and forth more than I would like. I have measures a clearance of around 0.020" between the bolt and the hole on the frame, but I'm not sure if the wear is on the bolt or on the frame and if a new bolt will solve the issue. Thank you, Fabricio
