Regarding item #5461335K. I am considering purchasing this for my 1974 CJ5. My questions below: 1. Does this kit come with the windshield hardware? If not, what is the prices of the windshield and hardware? 2. Does this kit come with the mounting hardware? If not, what is the part number of the hardware kit and the cost of this kit? 3. Is the tailgate on this kit stamped with "JEEP"? 4. Does this kit come with the grill? If not, what is the cost of the grill? Thank you.
