IS A 1975 CJ5 THE SAME SHACKLE BRACKET AS A 1971 CJ5. I DON'T SEE ONE LISTED FOR THE 1975

On every website I see the product but I don't see any Dimensions is this product 1 3/4 or 10 inch

Are the shackle mount holes the same distance apart as the shackle mount holes on a cj3b. Im looking to go to a closed end shackle on my cj3b
