I have the I-beam style front axle that i need to replace the king pins in but mine is a 1948 pickup and this says 49-62 so my question is if this would work for mine. I've checked a few other places and have seen a couple different sizes so my only concern is if these will indeed fit mine
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It fits 1948, Im updating listing now. It will be correct.

I'm tring to change the front axle on a 54 truck to one with out 4x4. But I cannot find a straight axle anwhere. What can I Do.
Willys Tech:
My honest advise would be to leave it 4WD. I would just disconnect the front driveshaft.
