I am installing these on a trailer that had these on it originally and has a "flat four" plug. How do I know which wires to connect. The three plugs/wires are only tagged with a number on a small metal tag (one has 21, another has 22, and the third has 24). The flat four plugs has running light wire, left turn wire, right turn wire, and Ground wire.

You'd have to take it to a local electrician. Im sure they could swap out the wiring/bulb.

There were like that from the factory. One is blackout and the other tail.
