I have a solenoid that was loose when I purchased my 1948 Willys Jeepster. I do not know if it is the correct one for the Jeepster. Do you know the shaft length or any other identifying numbers that will help me, also what is the model of solenoid 10 or 11 or?

how can i tell the difference between a 6v and 12v solenoid. is there a part number or stamp on the solenoid?
