is there a diagram of the springs and seals that you install in clutch tube

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, Email mike@Kaiserwillys.com your vehicle and I can send it over.

does the long arm connect to the pedal side or the cable side?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
See our diagram section. We have a good image of it there and install video.

Are both cams the same length?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
One lobe is 2-11/16" and the other is 3" like original.

I see on the video "Bellcrank & Linkage Parts" that grease is on the ends of the cotter pins after inserting them through the bellcrank. Is the bellcrank to be packed with grease before re-assembly? If so, what type of grease?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We grease the felt pads and ends with heavy duty axle grease.

Mike,, On a clutch bellcrank, in what order do you insert the inners of the bellcrank part #642624. I got new springs, the little moon shaped discs and felt. The cotter pins are offset, one side is really tight the other is pretty loose. I assume the discs go on the outside but not sure the old one just fell apart before i could see it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Jeff

Willys Tech:
On each end. Put a cotter pin thru the predrilled hole. Then put the spring in. Then metal disc. Then felt (grease first) then rubber grommet. Then pivot on each end.
