What is the practical difference between this kit and the one for the F-head 4-cyl ? Both should be clear of the engine. If I have the F head 4 cyl now but may upgrade to a 6 cyl or v-8 in future, should I install this kit instead of the one for the 4 cyl ? Thx

You would want to follow along with year and original motor. But with that engine you would have to modify for sure. The bends are different between kits.
