Does this floor panel have the 2 welded in straps over the farthest aft formed pockets, that are used to secure the front legs of the rear seat. Please note that I am not referring to the 3 footman loops that are forward on the panel. Thanks

They never really kept track of stampings. As long as you have the 4-134 L head (flat head) engine in your Willys your are all set.

Do these floor pans have the loops that hold down the front legs of the rear seats? And do they have the knockouts for the clips that hold threar seat legs?

It does have the cut out for the rear seat frame posts. The footman loops you will need to add.
