Looking to fab a few lines for my setup--what is outside diameter/thickness of this?

I have a 1947 CJ2A with the L-134 go devil. On my engine, this PCV port is blocked off with an bolt. (not hooked up to manifold) how significant is this? Do I need to get this tube and run it as intended from the cover to the manifold? Thanks

I have an 1955 F head 134. I need the steel line from the crankcase vent to intake manifold on the other side of engine. Do you have this?
