Where can I obtain manuel 020 the step by step on disassemble and re assemble on 4-134 f engine? going to try and do a rebuild on my 1953 cj3b never done this before.

Is more than one Strap required for a standard can carrier? I bought one and it seams to short to go over the can and through both loops on the carrier?
