Highest quality reproduction plastic fuel tank. Mounts under the drivers seat like orignal and is properly tooled for your 5 hole fuel tank sending unit.
Eliminates all the problems caused by a rusty fuel tank and saves your fuel system from drawing contaminates. The filler spout will come out of the side of the body at the correct angle.
This tank accepts the 5 bolt style sending unit only and comes with the screws to hold down the sending unit.
The tank measures at 24-1/2" x 18" x 6-1/2"

THIS TANK FUEL LINE HOOK UP IS ONTOP OF THE TANK TO ELIMINATE ISSUE OF DRAWING CONTAMINETS OFF OF BOTTOM OF TANK FROM OLD FUEL. YOUR FULL LINE WILL NEED TO BE RERUN TO THE TOP OF THE TANK.

Yes, that is right. These are really nice US made tank and even have a top feed to keep any contaminates out of your fuel system. You never have to worry on rust.

A tube goes into the tank. You just hook your fuel hose to the barb and clamp.
What is the small hole, located near the fuel line hook up?
Just a detent for an options vent if you want to add.
Does this tank need to be grounded to prevent static electric charge?
The sending unit does need to be grounded. Make sure the grounding surface is clear of all rust and paint. Thanks

I would make sure you use a vented gas cap.
What fuel line is recommended for this? The metal line kit I purchased doesn't seem to fit the new location, nor the connection.
It takes a 1/4" fuel line. Its a quarter inch barb fitting.
