Will this work on a 1951 M38? It has a L-134 engine. 12 volt, not the original. I know the manual oil pressure gauge will work. I will not be using the 24 volt gauge that the M38 had originally.

Is there a hose that attaches to the steel oil pressure line and the block? I bought the gauge and the steel line but the line is too short.

Is there a grommet that goes in the firewall that the steel line goes thru?

I have a 1953 M38A1- will this fit or do you have a steel line that will. I have an after market plastic hose replacement gage in the dash now and am going to replace it with a proper gage which calls for the steel line to the sending unit.

For the M38A1 you will have to make it. Your local Napa does sell preflared steel lines in different lengths you can bend up.
