How do you install the horn tube into the steering gearbox? Do you press it in or make indentations to spread it to fit?

You will put some silicone around the outside of the hole then put the tube in place and with a punch you will hit the center and it will spread out locking it in place.

It may but we have not tried to fit to the early Truck gear boxes.

What is the diameter of the disc at the lower end of the horn wire guide tube? I am not sure which Ross box I have and want to make sure that the disc will press properly into the lower end of the box.

Can this replace the gear box end plug to switch over to the later style of wire going through steering box. Is the diameter the same size as the plug?
