Left hand nuts go on the drivers side and right hand on the passenger side? I think my front hubs may have been swapped around. I have a left hand nut on the rear drivers side and a left hand on the front passenger side. and vice versa for the right hand lug nuts.

Yes, but things get swapped around alot thru the years. The end of the stud will be stamped.
